Bloomfields Pristine Stu in Oasis Masdar City

Positive: A comfortable location: the studio was close to my event on Fahid Island and conveniently next to a shopping mall. Good location for a short trip Negative: Disclaimer: there is no parking for your car. Support was disorganized. Different people kept contacting me from different numbers – on Booking, WhatsApp, and by phone – yet none of my questions were resolved. They kept repeating “company policy” instead of providing clear answers. They refused to explain the check-in process step by step until both the non-refundable booking and the additional AED 2000 deposit were paid. Only after payment I discovered that there is no parking at all, which is a critical detail. We arrived at night, had to look for parking around construction areas, worried about fines, and then, being two ladies, we carried our luggage through broken roads with almost no sidewalks. The studio is tired: no tea or coffee provided, the walls and bathroom tiles need repainting, and the AC needs cleaning.

Positive: They are very nice facilities. Negative: The Bloomfields team are highly irresponsive and ignorant to be honest. To not provide a parking spot in the complex is absolutely ridiculous. Especially when there is nothing available overnight in the area. Which they would be fully aware of. I'm baffled what they expect us to do ? Furthermore, they seemed completely uninterested in helping us. Thankfully the lovely staff at security did otherwise I would probably still be driving around looking for a spot. Very disappointed.
