Positive: Place is ok but nothing special. Negative: After booking, they only informed about a 2000AED deposit to be refunded within 7-14 days if no damages caused. 14 days later I'm still waiting for the refund! It was (and still is) also very difficult to get in touch with anyone from Bloomfields. They didn't answer any of our questions on the booking messages until the day off which was already too late. We had to call several times to finally speak with someone for them to send us the check-in details. I also had an issue with the shower the first night were the water was not draining. I've informed their team and they told me to go myself to the front desk and get maintenance there to fix it... Nothing was solved and coudln't use the shower.

Schönes Appartment, Badausstattung verbesserungsfähig, Auto empfehlenswert. Negative: Der Ablauf in der Dusche war verstopft, das Bad hat nach jedem Duschen unter Wasser gestanden. Im Badezimmer war keine Steckdose für den Föhn, im Zimmer kein Spiegel. Der Pool war den ganzen Aufenthalt nicht nutzbar.
