Positive: The location was the best. The duplex is good and clean. Close to all fun places and shopping malls and restaurants. Very ideal with a lot of potential. Spacious too.
Negative: The mattress is old and can feel the springs they need to replace with new one.
The bath sinks did not drain water well.
Needs upgrade on furniture and utensils.
Staff need to improve on response time.
