Bloomfields Modern 1br in Oasis Masdar City

A very poor and unacceptable stay that did not meet basic cleanliness, service or hospitality standards. Positive: The location in Masdar City was convenient, and the apartment size was acceptable Negative: The experience was extremely disappointing. Check-in was poorly managed; despite the official check-in time being 3:00 PM, the cleaner was still working when we arrived at 4:30 PM, yet we were asked to sign the agreement without proper readiness. Upon entry, there was a very bad smell throughout the apartment, visible dirt, and unhygienic conditions, especially in the kitchen. There were insufficient tissues and no proper cleaning supplies provided. Parking access was another major issue — no access card was given for the basement, and despite multiple follow-ups, no one contacted us or resolved it. Additionally, a large security deposit (approx. 215 OMR) was held, while basic guest needs and standards were completely ignored. Customer support was unresponsive even after raising complaints.
