I booked this apartment to relax after work, but from 3:00 PM until 10:00 PM, I spent the entire time calling the property and Booking.com support because the apartment was not ready. The bed was not prepared, and I was unable to rest at all. The first night was completely wasted and extremely exhausting. The location shown on Booking.com is misleading. The listing shows a different location (and sea view), but the apartment I was given was in a completely different place. On the first day, the apartment door could not be locked because the key was not working. The door remained open all night, and I slept feeling unsafe. This is a serious security issue. The door was only fixed on the second day. Overall, this stay turned from a relaxing booking into a very stressful and tiring experience.
