I will never ever book from them again... and will not advise anyone as well. Positive: Nothing at all. Negative: There is no single person welcoming you face to face, they didnt give the key without depositing 2000 aed which was not mentioned at first page of booking, else I would never book here. During all my stay not one time anyone came or called for cleaning room, even opening the door, no information how to unlock the door, I wrote to them , none answered, after 40 min trying, with the helo of apartment security by chance managed to open the door. The bed is exactly like a stone, I advise their manager to sleep one night on that bed, if he can sleep ! my whole 7 days I couldnt sleep comfortably . I never advise anyone to stay if you like to sleep same like on floor, than you can sleep. They will now hold my deposit as they said 7 to 14 days, ridiculous!!! ... All their rules set up getting advantage from customers.
