worse experience.
Positive: the place was neat and the side lightings (lamps) was a bonus.
Negative: I had the worse experience ever! The balcony window was broken, i tried opening it and it nearly dropped!!
i tried contacting the agency couple of times regarding many isssues eg, towel retock, balcony window, room service(bedsheet change and room tidy) no one answered my text nor my calls! Hated the experience and had trouble coping. I havent recieved my money insurrance! No one is answering my calls regarding that!!!
