There’s no customer service, and the behavior regarding the security deposit is unacceptable—it isn’t returned at check-
Positive: Nothing this place is not easy to get groceries and food.
No customer service and customer care. Totally unacceptable behavior from security deposit and it will be returned to us not at the time of check in but 10-15 days after check out.
Internet not working for two day when I was staying
No amenities they charged 110 AED extra per day. And dirty room, not even dust bin bags.
Don’t book with this company.
