Positive: Location
Negative: No soundproofing in rooms, a nearby construction site start daily from 6 am till 11 pm , lot of noise, and even you can hear neighbours noise and highway

Negative: No cleaning, no refill of any bathroom requirements, no responses on any messages that the curtain is loose, Closet light was 24/7 on, stil after a week no action is taken!
