Negative: They have mentioned a security deposit on last day and that was 2000 AED. The issue is still it is 7+ days and they didnt provide me the deposit back and I called their team, messaged them. They literally ignoring calls and messages.

Positive: balcony other than that really nothing
Negative: - was not clean, still hair of other people on the bed sheet, on the floor, they just took towels from the flat and I had one towel for 2 weeks and they almost never came to bring back the towels.. the last day they made it.. it was extremely loud the location, kitchen was disgusting not clean.. so I wouldnt recommend
