After checkout, I was wrongly accused of taking the apartment key, even though it was clearly left in the lockbox outside as instructed. I was then told that 400 AED would be deducted for the key and the remaining amount of my 2000 AED security deposit would be refunded. However, nothing has been refunded at all for over two months since January. There was no valid reason for any deduction in the first place, as the key was returned properly. This situation is extremely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about how they handle guests’ deposits.
