Cold apartment with no effective heating, poor maintenance and cleaning, and difficult communication
Positive: It's well located
Negative: The apartment had no functioning heating despite cold weather, and maintenance visited twice without resolving the issue. Indoor temperatures remained very cold, which was particularly unsuitable for elderly guests. In addition, check-in instructions were provided very late and the emergency contact numbers were unreachable when assistance was needed. Poor maintenance and cleaning. Not worth the high price.
