Bloomfields Spacious 1br Bloom Tower

These people are crooks. They took my money and gave me no place to stay. Negative: Bloomfield Holiday Homes need to be reported and shut down.. - they are scamming people and keeping their deposits - they are taking people money offline via a link not on booking.com sending it through WhatsApp Go read all the reviews on booking.com, air bob, and google.. and you will see how many people are being scammed. I would have given zero stars if i could. This company are an absolute disgrace. They are crooks. I should of read the reviews first to see the issues i would eventually come across.. I never write reviews.. so it takes alot for me to do this. I booked, paid in full for accommodation (2 hrs before check in time.. so it was late in the day and likely wouldn't of been booked anyway).. They happily took my money and my booking. I rocked up to the complex, reception had no idea about the booking.. there was no instructions and then i was told to contact them for check in details.. They asked for a 2000aed deposit (which is an absolute joke in the first place).. and mentioned something about 500aed for an access card.. I was unable to pay via the link.. i asked if i could leave a cash deposit.. they declined.. i was given no other option.. They wouldn't ;et me in the apartment (which i paid for).. wouldn't give any other option, were rude on the phone, then just completely ignored me. Booking.com tried contacting them.. they requested a cancellation refund.. the company refused and kept my money and continued to ignore my calls and messages. They wouldn't even give a partial refund.. nothing. I have travelled all over the world, booked and stayed at so many accomodations and never have i ever come across something like this. The fact they are still allowed to operate, the fact Air bnb and bookiing.co still advertise them, something needs to happen. I never thought id ever be scammed by a place in Dubai. Go read all the reviews on booking.com, air bob, and google.. and you will see how many people are being scammed.
