Negative: Tiny studio, you shower pretty much above the toilet, zero soundproofing, you can hear absolutely everything from outside (balcony door is faulty), fire alarm goes off at random time quite often, including at 2-3-4 am. All the pans were covered in old grease and when I tried to clean them turned out that the dish soap that was provided - was just a yellow soapy water. Customer support is non existent, took them several days to reply and bring new dishwasher liquid. I stayed for 5 weeks and at least some cleaning supplies could have been provided, especially for this price (double the cost!! Studios dont cost that much, seriously). On top of that they charge you 2000 aed deposit and return it every week, and charge you again so if you are using not a local uae card, you'll be losing money on currency exchange.
