Terrible communications, no guest support, super dirty! Positive: Walking distance to the Galeria Mall Negative: Check in - terrible. I came to AD for work and could arrive to appartment only at 11.30pm, but the lady on the WhatsApp said she is available only till 10.00pm and if I don’t send security deposit (2000AED) - I will loose my booking and money. So in the middle of super busy work day I had to deal with that nonsense. Once arrived - fight with security - I have no key and no parking card. I am told to come up, take card from the appartment and come back down and only after I can park my car. Once I enter apartment - surprise: NO ACCESS CARD and yes, lady on WhatsApp is not available! After few more arguments with security - somehow I have parked. Came to the appartment - Dirty, super dirty!!! Doors all in weird smudges, balcony doors in hands prints, toilet seat misplaced, super dusty. Feels like someone just stayed there for 3 months no cleaning and then you checking in! Finally I received the answer from the lady, card has been delivered on the next day and they even managed to fix the toilet seat. BUT cleaning was super poor again. Had to wash and mop balcony by myself because lady had a day off and no one else can answer the messages apparently. So yeah, do I recommend - NO!
