The area has a lot of construction
Positive: Azizi Rivera is conveniently located near the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa by car, but there are no public transportation options available in the area.
Negative: There is a lot of construction in the area, resulting in significant noise and messy conditions. Accessing the residence can be somewhat challenging due to heavy machinery and construction materials present.
