Niet naar verwachting Positive: Niets Negative: Ik haden weken van te voren gevraagd of we een uur eerder erin konden, dacht dat t geregeld was. Daar aangekomen moesten we 35 min in de lobby wachten. Waar alleen een bank staat. Schoonmaak. Haren op de mat en op de beddengoed. Baddoeken zagen er niet schoon uit beetje bruin. Wifi valt tegen. Gehorig wanneer de buren om half 6 s ochtend lawaai maken. Verder valt er niet veel te doen. Zwembad is erg saaai. Ingericht. Geeen vakantie gevoel. Personeel bij de balie kijkt je niet eens aan. Niet vriendelijk.

Ok flat, not so good management. Positive: The flat has a modern door lock so you only need to receive the code to open the door. Easy- You can check in anytime and you dont even need to meet the owners. The apartment is modern. It is small but it is enough for a short stay. There is a nice balcony that I really enjoyed for my breakfast, Negative: The check in system was very clunky. I got a whatsapp message asking me for all my details, including a picture of the passport. I sent it. Then I got another person asking again for the same information. I had to send it again to this other person. The flat didnt have hot water, and I know this was reported by the previous tenant as I happen to know them, but the company didnt do anything to fix it before my arrival. I had to stay a morning at the apartment waiting for the maintenance people to come and fix it, or choose to shower with cold water instead. There is card to open the door so you dont need to use the code every time. But I was not made aware of this by the owners. My friend statying there before me told me. Overall, the management of the flat was dissapointing.
