The initial email from the host had wrong phone numbers, leading to a wild goose chase with brokers who just pointed fingers at each other without providing any useful info. One hour before check-in, we still didn't have the property address or proper instructions. That's not just inconvenient; it's straight-up unprofessional. We showed up a few minutes after the official check-in time, only to find cleaning still in progress. Not a great first impression. Once inside, the issues piled up. The ceiling was soaked in spots, walls felt damp, furniture legs were wobbly and collapsing, and the bathroom had visible rot. The kitchen?
