Logement vétuste nécessitant des travaux
Positive: Confort de literie , propreté , piscine impeccable ; linge de lit et serviette
Negative: Vetustete du logement ( porte de salle de bain toilette gondolée par l’eau qui ne ferme donc plus ), porte vers le balcon défectueuse donc insonorisation zéro (Dubai étant bruyant +++)
