Negative: Case: 6200010871 Bloomenfields Cozy Stu Damac Ghalia JVC den 27.01 – 10.02.26 I have sent a complaint about the above stay to: 6200010871@my.booking.com according to an agreement with Nicolas on January 30, 2026 with a telephone conversation regarding the above accommodation. The agreement was that I would send pictures when I was back in Denmark, sent. I sent pictures etc. then the usual thing happens a message comes from customer service, we will look into it, it will not happen again. Have used Booking.com for 20 years and have never experienced such a bad stay. I got sick from being in the accommodation and was admitted to the hospital, then I had to find another accommodation, as it was not suitable to live in. It has cost a lot in extra costs, and I must admit that not getting a response, being ignored and almost "laughed at" as a customer is very unacceptable to me. Logement vétuste nécessitant des travaux Positive: Confort de literie , propreté , piscine impeccable ; linge de lit et serviette Negative: Vetustete du logement ( porte de salle de bain toilette gondolée par l’eau qui ne ferme donc plus ), porte vers le balcon défectueuse donc insonorisation zéro (Dubai étant bruyant +++)
