Very poor experience Positive: Nothing Negative: 1. The A/C was hot and maintenance team were late and said it will take time and I spent 5 nights with broken A/C 2. BED BUGS. while I was sleeping I found bugs crawling 3. I was charged 250 to repair a sofa that I only used to sit on and eat food. Overall experience was poor. I stayed in other holiday homes were way better and didn't require security deposit which made me sleep in a hotel because I wasn't given the lockbox code. Even though I informed them my security deposit will take time. Now I see they say damaged sofa and will charge me. Hot A/C air, room full of bugs. BED BUGS, was charged for something already broken probably. Very poor

Positive: جيد Negative: بعد مادفعت الرسوم تقريبا 500 مع ضريبه كلموني ماراح يعطوني المفتاح لين ماحط تأمين 2000 درهم مبلغ مبالغ فيه ضعف سعر يومية الغرفه اربع مرات يرجع التأمين بعد 14 يوم لاتوجد مواقف خاصه محد صعب الحصول على مواقف مواقف المبني لازم بطاقه مافي بطاقه تحصلها مستحل احجز عندهم مره ثانيه
