AVOID! Positive: This apartment is clean but fails to meet basic standards for a furnished rental, especially for a long stay. We booked for 13 days, and the experience was unacceptable from start to finish. There were no clear check-in instructions and no proper parking information, which caused immediate problems upon arrival. Communication from the host was poor and unhelpful. Only two towels were provided for two guests for the entire 13-day stay, and we were told we had to pay for additional towels. This is unreasonable and unacceptable for a long-term booking. The TV turns on but has no service, (couldn't even pair with the phone), and there was no working light in the kitchen, also no dish washing detergent and a sponge, not even garbage bags, which made basic daily use inconvenient. When these issues were reported, there was no apology, no sense of responsibility, and no attempt to fix anything. The lack of response and accountability from management was extremely disappointing. My husband and I traveled all over the world and always stayed in apartments, but I never experienced anything like this. Overall, this property is poorly managed. I would strongly advise future guests to look elsewhere, especially for longer stays! Negative: Clean!
