Negative: Hosts can not be contacted despite that i am calling and been messaging for one whole week non stop they are not approachable at all. Deposit was paid on time and even its cleary stated that is fully refundable however its still not. Lack of professionalism. Bloomfields not my choice again.

Positive: Location, cleanliness
Negative: My stay was overshadowed by the hotel’s unwillingness to return my deposit. I was informed about the deposit only on the day of my arrival, when I had no option to refuse it as I had nowhere else to stay. It has been almost a week since I checked out, yet the deposit still hasn’t been returned. I keep getting redirected to different managers on WhatsApp. In the end, the cost of my stay effectively increased from €700 to €1,200 due to their unwillingness to refund the deposit.
