Totally Disappointing - Won't Return- Low or No Customer Service After Booking
Positive: close to to my venue.
Negative: The place was very small. The Wifi never worked and no one got the wifi to work and I didn't have hours to help them with their own issues with their wifi. The shower leaked all over the bathroom each time and it was a complete mess and the drain should work easily. It was not my job to keep having to contact them for their issues they should already have fixed them. Tried to get a partial refund and no one ever responded. Very rude as far as after booking customer service and not ok. Will never use these hosts again.
