Staff didn’t attend to issues Positive: Nicely arranged apartment. Negative: I stayed for 2 days. The key was not in the security box. After a long time I realized it was under the door mat. The washing machine wasn’t working and my clothes got locked inside. The shower drain was clogged and after opening the water it ended up flooding the entire bathroom floor. Despite the staff responding that someone will come fix the issues shortly, no one showed up. I needed to fix the problems myself. Please be aware of high deposit required before check in. No information about the deposit is stated on Booking. When you check in online, you need to provide credit card but without information how much the deposit will be. You find out when it’s charged. I paid 400 AED per night and the deposit was over 2000 AED. They don’t free up the deposit for 7 working days after check out!
