Negative: Service - zero.
The shower in the both bedrooms broke, and the hot water in the kitchen broke. Water was leaking from the ceiling for three days. They came and fixed it on the fourth day without agreeing on a time with us. They promised to fix the hot water, but they didn't. My rent was extended, but they didn't check for three days.
